Oh wow, new blog! I'm starting this blog for a few reasons...I definitely want to keep myself on track in regards to my lifting and also my food/nutrition. There are so many awesome lifting ladies on the internet that I'd love to become part of that community, see what they're all up to, and stay inspired. Obviously, I also love beauty and cosmetics, and will probably ramble about that quite a bit. I'm thinking about maybe starting an Instagram too, just for shiggles. Food! Gym! Makeup!

Today's workout was very chaotic, and I'm in the middle of writing up a new, more coherent plan so I can hopefully make progress!
